Who are we?
Dessauer Wohnungsbaugesellschaft mbH currently administers and manages about 12,000 accommodation units in which more than 30,000 tenants find their homes. Furthermore, our inventory includes commercial premises, garages, parking spaces, children's playgrounds as well as undeveloped areas.
What do we offer?
We provide you with accommodations of 1 to 5 rooms, in old buildings or newly built houses, partly or completely renovated, with standardized or individual footprints, with different equipment level.
For visiting your favorite apartment, our mobile landlord team will be at your disposal. It will support you in searching an apartment, will conclude rental agreements, provides you with guest apartments and will answer your questions with regard to living.
More than 90 percent of our accommodations will be attended by the facility manager service. The caretaker will be your first contact person.
